x402Go is an x402 facilitator built on Celo, live on mainnet. It lets developers and merchants accept onchain payments for APIs, content and services without pre-funding a facilitator account.
Each merchant gets a dedicated relayer contract. Clients authorize payments with ERC-3009 or Permit2, and the relayer pulls the funds and splits them in a single transaction. The net goes to the merchant and a small fee (about $0.003 per settled transaction) goes to the protocol. Every payment covers its own cost, so there are no top-ups to manage and no risk of losing payments because a prepaid balance ran out.
x402Go currently supports USAT, USDC, USDT and cNGN, with more tokens planned based on demand. Developers integrate with a single API key and the standard x402 server middleware, and get a dashboard showing payments, revenue and fees.
Make x402 payments on Celo as easy to start accepting as possible, so any builder can monetize an API or service without upfront capital.
Most x402 facilitators require upfront funding or prepaid credits to settle payments. That’s a barrier for early-stage builders and independent developers, and if the balance runs out unnoticed, payments fail and revenue is lost.
x402Go removes the balance entirely. The fee is deducted from each payment as it settles, so merchants can start accepting payments immediately, only pay when they get paid, and never lose a payment to an empty balance.
