PAPAGEDON runs on subscriptions, backed by a media service that already earns. Events, brands, artists and churches in Nigeria pay us for identity, campaigns, live screens and livestream visuals, and we have earned NGN 2.3M from two clients so far. On Celo, AEI is sold as monthly plans paid in stablecoins. A Creator plan covers individual artists and small teams. A Studio plan covers churches, venues and media teams running weekly live events. An Enterprise plan covers platforms and agent builders that need high volume. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of calls and live minutes. Agents that only need occasional use can still pay per call. Our media clients become the first subscribers, which gives us steady, repeat income from day one.

Today our paying clients and live work are in Nigeria, where CREA8 STUDIOS is based and bootstrapping. We don't yet have the resources to expand globally on our own, so Nigeria is our starting point, not our limit. From there we plan to grow across Africa and beyond.
