OneFamily.uno is a village, rebuilt in software. Neighbours organise in small family-cells and do what neighbours have always done: ask for help, offer help, lend the drill, share the ride, and start things together — a repair afternoon, a garden festival, a community dinner.
What makes it work is one promise: every hour is worth the same. Behind the scenes runs ORE, our time token — 1 ORE is one hour of life. You can never buy an ORE. You can only earn it the way trust is earned in a family: by showing up for someone.
And it is not a concept. The platform is live today — an installable web app in German, English and Romanian, growing its first community in Bamberg, Germany. Free for everyone, always, funded by donations and grants. AI matching on a European stack (Mistral) quietly does what a good village elder used to do: it knows who has a drill and who needs a shelf, and introduces them. The ORE smart contracts for Polygon PoS are built and fully tested — taking them to mainnet is the next chapter.

There is a woman in our neighbourhood who has not had a visitor in three months. Four doors down lives a family that urgently needs help with the kids every afternoon. They have no idea the other exists. Multiply that by every street in Europe and you have the loneliness epidemic — not a scarcity problem, because everything these people need is already there, within walking distance. A connection problem. Social networks organise attention, not help. Time banks proved decades ago that people genuinely want non-monetary mutual aid — and then stalled at a few hundred members each, because nobody gave them discovery, matching, or an experience a grandmother could actually use.
We make helping your neighbour as easy as sending a WhatsApp message — that is the literal design yardstick. Small family-cells of up to 42 people create village-scale trust. Needs, Deeds, Resources and Dreams give help a shared language. AI matching does the introducing, so nobody has to browse lists to find each other. And underneath runs ORE, the time economy that makes one thing structurally true which the money economy never managed: the retired teacher's hour and the surgeon's hour are worth exactly the same. You don't join through a signup funnel — you join through your first Dream: a real project, with real neighbours, and a date.
Nonprofit model: free for everyone, always. Funded by donations and grants only — no memberships, no fees, no token sales. A German nonprofit association (e.V.) is in formation as the legal vehicle.
