The Brazil Local Node is an initiative led by Modular Crypto in partnership with Scroll, aiming to boost adoption and development of the Scroll ecosystem in Brazil through coordinated local actions. The proposal combines technical training, community engagement, and institutional visibility to connect Brazilian talent with real opportunities within Scroll.
The centerpiece of the node is the Scroll Brazil Accelerator, an intensive training journey focused on developers and early-stage founders, offering live expert-led classes, mentorship, technical content, and direct integration with Scroll’s infrastructure. Additionally, three in-person events (in Florianópolis, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro) will showcase projects, promote the ecosystem, and foster connections between builders, investors, and strategic partners.
This node aims to build a strong bridge between Scroll and the Brazilian market, delivering measurable impact and full alignment with the DAO’s global goals.

Growth Scroll ecosystem in Brazil
The proposed solution to expand the Scroll ecosystem in Brazil combines talent development, institutional visibility, and local community activation in an integrated strategy. At the center is the Scroll Brazil Acceleration Program, an intensive journey designed to equip early-stage developers and founders interested in building on Scroll. The program features live classes, technical mentorships, hands-on content, and project support, with a strong focus on creating real solutions within the ecosystem. Additionally, three in-person events (in Florianópolis, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro) will showcase the accelerated projects, strengthen connections, and increase Scroll’s visibility as an accessible and impactful infrastructure.
The proposal also emphasizes active, localized communication, with content in Portuguese, digital campaigns, and mapping of existing initiatives to connect the Brazilian community to the global ecosystem. There is also a post-program follow-up plan, providing ongoing support for the projects, public documentation of results, and permanent communication channels with the Scroll Foundation. The goal is not just a temporary presence, but a strong and lasting foundation for Scroll’s growth in Brazil.
