AI Internet-Meritocracy

My app asks AI, what portion of the global AI the given user (identified by securely connected accounts like GitHub or ORCID) is worth, and gives this user the proportional share of the donated funds. The AI decides the user's worth by scanning his/her information on the Web. No grant writing is required.

Prompt injection (and several plagiarism) are filtered out by ban (and unban) voting. Users are identified by KYC.

There is the global fund for everybody and country-specific funds for government adoption of this software for government R&D financing.

The mission to give salary to every research/software author and solve scientific publication crisis.

1. Unjust distribution of salaries among authors. (Non-PhDs usually are just not paid.)
2. Scientific publication crisis (when good works receive no or little publicity). I believe it costs world economy billions dollars in direct expenses and trillions in indirect losses. Authors are often asked to pay for publication expenses what is unfair and counter-productive.
3. 60% of work time of researchers is spent on grant writing.

1. Salary to everybody who has published research or software.
2. Science marketers - a new occupation - are prompted to market underrepresented science and software works. This fully solves the scientific publication crisis.
3. AI scans the Web and grant writing is not needed.
