This project will renovate and upgrade a shared community house that serves as the social and educational hub of an eco-settlement, creating a safe and functional venue for meetings, workshops, and community gatherings. By strengthening infrastructure for collaboration and learning, it supports sustainable living initiatives and deepens community resilience, aligning real-world impact with values-driven Web3 public goods funding.

We are establishing a small-scale mechanical production and training hub at a rural workshop serving two eco-communities — New Mayapur and Place of the Sun — in Ukraine. This project will upgrade a community workshop and hostel by improving insulation to enable year-round operations as a hub for psycho-emotional recovery, education, and hands-on craft programs for conflict-affected communities. By sustaining continuous access to services and community-led programming, it strengthens local resilience and expands long-term social impact alongside transparent, Web3-native funding and accountability.

Ohra is a small community ceramic studio founded by Oleg Yasnyi in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. The studio creates a safe and creative space for children, veterans, and people affected by war to explore clay art, restore emotional balance, and reconnect with themselves through craftsmanship.

The project is developing a community mobility and mutual-aid center that refurbishes and repairs bicycles, e-bikes, and essential appliances to expand affordable transportation access in underserved rural communities. By turning donated equipment into reliable mobility infrastructure, it delivers measurable social impact and can leverage Web3 funding transparency to efficiently allocate resources and support community resilience.

The settlement "Space of Love" has a shared house, which has two rooms and four beds. We set a goal of one to two weeks to improve living conditions in this house for city residents who suffer from winter cold. In the future, the house will be used to accommodate volunteers who will help create a new arboretum. The Community House serves as the central gathering place for the community, hosting meetings, educational activities, children’s events, volunteer initiatives, and welcoming guests. Installing new doors will ensure warmth, safety, energy efficiency, and comfort, enabling year-round use of the building.
