ProPGF Batch 2 - Pods Track

The Pods Track is a coordination track designed to help Filecoin teams organize around clear user outcomes and move faster toward product–market fit (PMF). Instead of funding isolated projects, the Pods Track supports small, focused pods (cross-functional where possible) that are accountable for shipping a defined scope, validating user needs, and contributing to Filecoin’s 2026 ecosystem goals. Pods are expected to operate like product teams: aligning on a problem, testing assumptions, delivering milestones, and reporting progress through measurable adoption and performance metrics.
